- Groups with under 500 subscribers with a renewal effective date through December 31st will receive a rate hold, as long as they are renewing their current plan as-is.
- Groups with 500 or more subscribers with renewal effective date October 1st or later will be evaluated individually.
- Any group requesting to change renewal dates or plan benefits will be evaluated individually.
